Assisted Living
Our comfortably appointed, private assisted living apartment homes at The Delaney include your choice of alcove, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom floor plans. Of course, your pets are welcome too! Each layout features:

Memory Care
The spacious memory care residences at The Delaney are purposefully designed for the safety and security of those with Alzheimer’s disease or other related dementias. Residences are arranged in a “neighborhood” that features a warm, open kitchen, dining room and living room area to gather and mingle. You can choose a studio or a semi-private suite. Every memory care floor plan features:
- Memory boxes outside each door to cue each resident’s home
- Custom clothing closets designed to put each day’s clothes within easy reach
- Emergency response system
- Most utilities included
